![]() Currently we are just using Proclaim for mid-week simple services and nothing too "complexed". You must be VERY PATIENT or you will not make it through the process. Another great thing about Proclaim is that you can download it and use it free to familiarize yourself with it. That would include "workarounds" for the things that you do in ProPresenter. If you are in full swing using Pro or Media Shout then you will more than likely become very frustrated with Proclaim until you familiarize yourself with it. The great thing about Proclaim is the cloud and it's future. It can run video clips that have been previously "ripped" from the discs into a clip edited to your liking and uploaded to the cloud. So, as for now, Proclaim as others have already mentioned cannot run Powerpoint, DVD's, or CD's, as ProPresenter & Media Shout can. So, the Proclaimers are currently diligently working to get this issue resolved. But as Media Shout, ProPresenter, and other programs have discovered, Powerpoint integration is the make or brake software of the presentation world. As "Stand-Alone" programs designed to be used "instead" of Powerpoint. Proclaim is starting out very much like Propresenter and Media Shout did. Proclaim is in it's infancy and cannot do anywhere near the things that ProPresenter or Media Shout can do at this time. I know the new version 5 of ProPresenter is rolling out but we chose not upgrade at this time. We also use Pro Presenter but are in the process of slowly transitioning over to Proclaim. and thought Proclaim would be the same.) If most (if not all) the features in a program like ProPresenter are PLANNED TO BE INCORPORATED IN THE FUTURE, can you also elaborate? Thanks much! Can a LOGOS TECH (or anyone knowledgeable) please give me a COMPLETE LIST OF ALL THE FEATURES OF PROCLAIM (details are not included in the intro video) with an explanation why one cannot IMPORT STANDARD PRESENTATIONS LIKE POWERPOINT OR VIDEOS into it, like you can on ProPresenter? (I really like the Logos 4 software. $399 seems a little steep to pay for just a few features like importing song lyrics with predesigned templates (there are plenty of places to get those). Are they kidding? Since I already use Logos 4, we were intrigued by the collaborative features of Proclaim, but one can use the CLOUD technology () to collaborate on ProPresenter which offers the full suite of features one needs to do ALL the things Logos "proclaims" to do w/ this software (sorry for the pun). Someone said Proclaim will not even run a PowerPoint presentation. When you are viewing a presentation that has an arrangement other than the Master, it will be indicated to the right of the title at the top of the presentation and also in the Playlist.Since Proclaim's tutorials are sparse and seriously insufficient, I cannot tell if buying "Graceway's Total Media" for $399 (same price as a single-user license for ProPresenter) offers all the many video/media etc. This option can be used to set the arrangement in the Library or when you have the Presentation in a Playlist You can also change the arrangement being used by selecting it from the Arrangement Editor in the dropdown on the Presentation header. You can change the version shown by right-clicking on the Presentation title in the Library or in a Playlist and selecting an arrangement from the Arrangement list. Generally, the version shown in the Library will be the Master version. ![]() Here you can create new Arrangements, remove Arrangements, and rename and duplicate existing Arrangements.Īfter you have built your Arrangements, you can then select which version of the Presentation you want to be used. To create a new Arrangement, click on the dropdown that says Master and choose “New Arrangement.” Drag the Groups shown in the Groups menu into the Arrangement order in the order you wish to trigger the slides.įrom this dropdown menu, you can also open the Arrangement Manager. This will show the current Master Arrangement including each Group in the presentation. To build your Arrangement, click on the Arrangements button in the Presentation Header shown below. The Group Tokens are colored to match the Group assignments on the slide.) ![]() You’ll want to make sure each of your slides is in a Group so you can assign these Groups into your Arrangement. ![]() To set Groups, you would right-click on the first slide you wish to be a part of a Group, select “Group” and then choose either an existing Group Label or choose Other to enter your own. If you’ve downloaded a song file from CCLI, it’s likely this was assigned automatically, but you may have to manually set this up. To set up an Arrangement, you will need to first make sure that your slides are setup with Group labels. Arrangements allow you to create multiple layouts for a Presentation without having to duplicate the Presentation in your Library.
